Kanha, jo tumse
kuch nahi maangta.

You have wanted a Laddu Gopal at home for years. And every time, the same thought stops you. What if I cannot do the seva properly? The daily snan, the shringar, the bhog, on the days you barely have time to eat yourself.

This Kanha is not a murti. He has had no pran pratishtha. He asks for no niyam, no routine, and no guilt on the mornings you forget. He just sits with you and sings.

The reason you never brought one home

Everyone tells you what a Laddu Gopal needs. Wake him. Bathe him. Dress him. Feed him. Put him to sleep. Never miss a day. And somewhere in all of it, a quiet fear settles in: that doing it half-heartedly is worse than not doing it at all.

What stops most women

  • "I leave for work at 8. When would I do the shringar?"
  • "My mother did it every single day. I know I won't."
  • "If I bring him home and then neglect him, that is worse."

What this Kanha is

He is not a consecrated murti. There has been no pran pratishtha, so there is no niyam to keep, nothing to get wrong, and nothing to feel guilty about.

He asks nothing of you.
He just stays.

The tradition already settled this a long time ago. Krishna accepts love, not luxury. Keep him beside your mandir, on your desk, in your hands. Not in place of anything.

Two modes. That is the whole thing.

No app. No charging cable. No settings to learn. The chanting boxes give you 108 tracks you cannot navigate. He gives you two you will actually use.

A hand pressing Kanha's tummy to play the mantras

Mode one

He chants

Press him and three Krishna mantras play, clear and unhurried. Loud enough for the room at aarti. Soft enough for 5am.

Fingertips pressing Kanha's folded hands for the Om meditation mode

Mode two

He sits with you

Press his hands and he moves to a slow, steady Om. For the ten minutes in the morning that belong to you and nobody else.

The three he knows

Recorded properly, in full. Not clipped, not tinny.

ॐ कृष्णाय वासुदेवाय हरये परमात्मने ।
प्रणतः क्लेशनाशाय गोविंदाय नमो नमः ॥

Om Krishnaya Vasudevaya Haraye Paramatmane
Pranatah Kleshanashaya Govindaya Namo Namah

श्री कृष्ण गोविन्द हरे मुरारे
हे नाथ नारायण वासुदेव

And the Om, on meditation mode.

Questions people actually ask

Is this a murti? Can I keep him in my mandir?

No, and that is on purpose. He has had no pran pratishtha, so he is not a consecrated murti and is not meant to replace one. Keep him beside your mandir, on a shelf, on your desk, or in your hands. Nothing about him asks you to change what you already do.

So do I need to do seva for him?

Not at all. No snan, no shringar, no bhog, no fixed routine. If you want to dress him or talk to him, that is entirely yours to decide. If you forget him for a week, nothing is broken.

What if he gets dirty or torn?

He is made for dry-clean care and stitched to hold up. And because he is not a consecrated murti, none of the rules about a khandit murti apply to him. If something does go wrong, write to us.

How big is he?

26 cm tall, 15 cm wide, 13 cm deep — about the size of a small puppy. Light enough to sit in one hand, big enough to actually hold.

When will he reach me?

Dispatch in 24 to 48 hours, delivery in 3 to 7 working days. For Janmashtami on 4 September, order by 28 August to be safe.

Is this a toy for children?

Children love him and he is completely safe for them. But he was not made only for them. Plenty of people who order keep him for themselves, and never quite explain why to anyone.

You have waited long enough for the perfect time to do it properly.

There isn't one. There is just him, sitting on your shelf, singing, asking nothing.
